What parts does the cutting system of bag making machine consist of?

The cutting system of bag making machine is made up of cutter, length adjuster, overrunning clutch, welding line adjustment and so on.

1. Cutter: It is the most important part of the system. It adopts movable cutter and sliding guide. The floating mechanism is tightened by spring, and the upper and lower cutters are adjustable. The adjusting screw can be used to adjust the tightness of the cutter and eliminate the difficult phenomenon of raw materials.

2. Bag-making length regulator: Bag-making length is adjusted by changing the position of connecting rod sleeve on eccentric trawler to control bag-making length. Bag-making size is adjusted by tightening handwheel and nut.

3. Overrunning clutch: Overrunning clutch of bag making machine is an important part of this machine, its quality and performance directly affect the error of product length, but in the use process, because of the high working frequency, its life is also limited. If it is found that there is an error in the length of bag making in the production process (generally after six months of continuous production), and other troubles can not be solved, the clutch can be dismantled for inspection and maintenance.

4. Adjustment of the distance between welding wire and cutting line: The distance between welding wire and cutting line is usually 5-10 mm. Turn the handwheel on the adjusting frame to make the roller of the cross beam rise or fall a certain distance and get the ideal cutting line. In order to observe the quality of the welding line conveniently, the position of the single bottom line can be transferred to the outside end of the machine cutter. If the welding line and the bottom line are not parallel, the fastening screw of a bevel gear can be loosened, and the end of the cross beam roller can be raised or lowered by turning the handwheel. After production is stable, the screw of the gear can be locked.

5. Adjustment method of welding knife: Put a sheet of paper on the support seat, rotate the big handwheel in the body box by hand to keep the welding knife at the lower dead point, loosen the nut, adjust the nut, and try to pull the tightness of both ends of the thin paper by hand until it is approximately equal. After adjusting, lock the nut to prevent loosening.

6. Automatic light-controlled feeding device: This device is composed of servo motor, feeding rubber roller, light-controlled mask, shade, photoelectric tracker and electric control wire. Its function is to maintain normal film feeding in the production process. When the machine runs, when the film feeding speed is too fast to cover the light-controlled rays, the device will issue instructions to stop the motor from rotating and feeding.
