Frequently Asked Questions
1How long does installation and training take?
Our engineers will travel to your factory to complete machine installation, commissioning, and operator training. Most paper bag making machines and non-woven bag making machines can be fully installed and running within 7–10 days.
2What costs are associated with engineer installation services?
Customers are responsible for visa fees, round-trip air tickets, local SIM cards, accommodation, meals, and an engineer service fee of USD 150 per person per day.
3What happens if technical issues occur after installation?
Our after-sales team remains available after commissioning. Simply send photos or videos of the issue, and our engineers will provide remote troubleshooting support through video guidance, online meetings, or technical instructions.
4What is the warranty period for the machine?
All bag manufacturing machines include a 12-month warranty period starting from the completion of installation and commissioning. Non-human-caused component failures during the warranty period are covered.

Technical support is available through on-site service, video calls, online meetings, email communication, and remote diagnostics to help maintain stable production performance.
7Can you customize a machine for my production requirements?
Yes. We provide OEM and ODM development services for paper bag manufacturing machines, non-woven bag making machines, and automated bag production systems. Our engineering team will evaluate your bag specifications, material requirements, and production goals before proposing a customized solution.
