APPLICATIONS
Reusable Non-Woven Shopping and Box Bag Applications
Six bag styles produced on ZHENGWEI non-woven lines, from standard retail carriers to laminated and wide-gusset box bags.

Retail Shopping Box Bags
Square-bottom carriers with side gussets that open into a box shape, sized to hold several items while keeping each bag in a batch identical.

Supermarket Grocery Bags
Reusable carriers sized for boxed food, bottles and daily goods; bottom width and gusset are confirmed against a tested sample before ordering.

Apparel Carrier Bags
Flat-front carriers for folded garments and matched sets, with bag width, height and print area set around the printed artwork.

Footwear Shopping Bags
Wide-gusset carriers for one shoe box or a paired set, matched to the box footprint and the opening needed for loading.

Reusable Non-Woven Gift Bags
Box-shaped gift carriers for retail and seasonal packaging, run in plain or laminated non-woven with folded or welded handles.

Laminated Non-Woven Shopping Bags
BOPP-laminated carriers for full-color print, with sealed side gussets and a closed bottom that keeps both panels flat.

ENGINEERING
Engineered Solutions for Non-Woven Shopping Bag Production
Each solution starts from a problem on the shop floor and the mechanism we build against it.

Patented Non-Woven Box Bag Forming
A box bag only sells when the gusset and bottom hold their shape, and that becomes harder as fabric weight and bag size change.
We configure the forming stations around your target bag and check dimensions on a sample before shipment.
ZW-A8 carries 4 invention patents and 2 utility model patents for non-woven box bag production. Catalogue ranges (110–550 mm width) are machine limits, not finished-bag tolerances.

Coordinated Multi-Axis Servo Control
At higher speed, feeding, forming and handle actions must stay synchronized or bags drift out of position.
Motion control coordinates the servo axes, and we set realistic speed against your material and bag size on a trial run.
ZW-2024 runs a 48-axis motion controller and 32 servo motors at 60–120 bags/min nominal. On ZW-A8-S350, servo drives run the mold, traction, side-insert and bag take-off stations.

Fabric Guidance and Print Tracking
Roll drift and print-position shift move the artwork off center and push the bag out of shape.
Guiding, deviation correction and color mark tracking are matched to the roll and to your printed fabric.
ZW-A8 uses dual photo-eye auto deviation correction, ZW-2024 corrects automatically, and ZW-A8-S350 adds EPC edge control plus color mark tracking on an infeed up to 1450 mm wide.

Ultrasonic Sealing for Laminated Shopping Bags
Coated and laminated fabric needs a sealing method that suits the film, the handle and the body seam.
We select the ultrasonic module by material and sealing point, then confirm seal quality on your own fabric.
ZW-A8-S350 lists a 15 kHz main sealing module plus 20 kHz embossing and circular sealing modules for handle and body work. Seal strength and parameter settings are confirmed by trial.

Synchronous Mold Drive and Positioning
Every new bag size brings mold changes and re-positioning, and that time comes straight out of billable production.
A synchronous mold drive and positioning unit shorten the reset, supported by modular size adjustment and changeover training.
ZW-A8-S350 includes a patented synchronous mold drive. Documented mold changeover runs 10–120 minutes depending on mold size; we do not quote one universal changeover time for every bag.

Integrated Bag Forming and Collection
Mouth creasing, handles, sealing, folding and collection all have to hand over cleanly, or one station sets the pace for the whole line.
The stations run as one continuous roll-to-bag sequence, coordinated by a main controller.
ZW-A8-S350 documents feeding correction, mouth creasing, handle folding, cutting, punching, sealing, ultrasonic forming, side folding and counted collection, with separate handle and collection control units. Operator numbers follow the line layout; we do not quote unmanned running.
MANUFACTURING
Non Woven Shopping Bag Making Machine Factory
R&D, machining, assembly and pre-shipment testing run under one roof at our 60,000 m² manufacturing base.

In-House Machine Engineering
Two R&D teams work on box bag structure, handle modules and control software, with design review before parts reach the shop floor.

CNC Machining and Component Inspection
Four gantry and nine vertical machining centers plus two laser systems cut key parts; ±0.005 mm repeat positioning applies to components, not to finished bags.

Non-Woven Bag Machine Assembly
Frames, feed modules, handle units and electrical cabinets are assembled in-house, supporting a combined output of 30+ complete machines per month.

Machine Testing Before Shipment
Every machine runs on real non-woven fabric before dispatch, checking forming, handle welding, sealing and collection against the agreed bag.

INDUSTRY EVENTS
Meet ZHENGWEI at Packaging Exhibitions
We meet bag makers, packaging converters and buyers at printing and packaging machinery exhibitions, and we bring bag samples from running lines so the conversation starts from a real gusset, a real seam and a real handle.
Tell us which show you plan to attend and we will arrange a time, walk you through the machine configuration behind your bag, and line up a factory visit or material trial if the project moves forward.
- Review bag samples and seam quality in person
- Match a machine configuration to your bag drawing
- Plan a factory visit and material trial
TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
Non-Woven Shopping Bag Machine FAQ
Direct answers to the purchasing questions we receive most often.
Can your shopping bag machines process preprinted non-woven rolls?
Yes, where the machine carries the tracking system the print requires. ZW-A8 uses dual photo-eye deviation correction, ZW-2024 corrects automatically, and ZW-A8-S350 adds EPC plus color mark tracking. Send the roll width, print repeat and color mark position so we can confirm the configuration; registration is verified on your own material.
Does the shopping bag making machine include printing and lamination?
No. These machines convert finished non-woven roll into bags. Printing, film lamination and fabric production are separate processes on separate equipment. If you need printed or laminated fabric, we review the material specification with you and confirm which machine configuration runs it.
What affects the non woven shopping bag making machine price?
Bag width, height and gusset decide machine size and mold set. Material weight and lamination decide the sealing system. Handle style, speed, automation level, spares, installation and freight are quoted separately. Send a bag sample or drawing with your target output per hour and we will price the configuration that matches it.
What are the minimum order and custom machine lead time?
Order quantity, including single-machine orders, is confirmed in the quotation. The standard production lead time is about 30 days from order confirmation. A custom configuration is quoted with its own lead time, because molds and sealing modules are made to order. Installation and commissioning on site take about 7–10 days.
What training and warranty support are available?
Operators are trained on operation, maintenance and changeover before delivery, and our engineers install and commission on site in about 7–10 days. The complete machine carries a 12-month warranty on non-human-caused part failures, with technical response within 24 hours and an ongoing spare parts supply.
Which machine fits wide-gusset or laminated shopping bags?
ZW-A8-S350 covers gussets from 80 to 350 mm and runs PP non-woven, BOPP-laminated and aluminized laminated fabric at a recommended 100–140 g/m². For standard box bags at higher output, ZW-A8 and ZW-2024 cover gussets of 70–230 mm. Compare your bag drawing against both ranges before choosing.
