User-Friendly Commissioning Procedure — Step-by-step setup including 220V power connection, oil pump activation, swing arm adjustment, optical eye calibration, and paw height setting. Safety interlock ensures green indicator light before production, simplifying operator training and reducing setup errors.
Compact Mobile Design with Easy Maintenance — Equipped with universal wheels for convenient repositioning. Maintenance features include regular guide rail cleaning, grease application, filter cleaning, and hydraulic oil maintenance (anti-wear oil No. 46 or 68, maintain at 2/3 capacity, oil level ~70mm), ensuring long-term reliability.
Efficient Bale Ejection Workflow — Operates via foot switch: load bags → compress → position cart → second foot switch activates forward push device (stroke 1200mm) to eject complete bale, streamlining the baling process for continuous production.
